I arrived 10 minutes early. When I walked in at the time I was supposed to, he said I was wondering when you were going to come in. I didn't know if I could. Didn't look like there was anyone there to be honest. Then, have you got your v5.... I said, no, im unsure why I need that. Its an appointment, not a sale. The email did not state, they wont give you a price or even get off their seat, if the v5 isn't present. I said yeah, not a problem. He was frustrated, blunt and didnt say thanks goodbye or anything.
