I had an 11am appointment, but the advisor couldn't find it! She ended up dealing with a walk in first! I am disabled and was left until after 12pm to be attended to. Not a good impression.
Really good, nice and easy and the young lad that looked after us was brilliant

Avoid this place. They’ll want your car for peanuts without even conducting a proper check. The man who had the worst attitude met us & told us he would be doing a vehicle check, walked around the car & started the car. Didn’t even open the bonnet. Offered a ridiculous price. Thankfully I didn’t accept & managed to sell my car at 3 times the price they wanted to buy. Pure scam artists who will try to find faults in your car. Don’t accept the offer they give.
