I had an online valuation of my car at £2200 I took the car to the Impington branch and the guy only offered me £1300. Reason given was that i didn't have a second key and I didn't have full service history. I was very disappointed and walk away.

I went to WBAC Cottenham to sell my Bentley they confirmed the deal and I left the car at the site i was called the next morning to say that they were unwinding the deal because I am apparently associated with the motor trade, I own a transport company that moves anything, we don’t sell, repair or have anything to do with sales. The representative also was fully aware of my company and what we do. To rub salt in the wound they transported my car 40 miles away and I was told to go and pick it up! Not happy
