Unprofessional staff who lack any knowledge about the vehicles they’re buying. The staff member we dealt with took a video of our engine and sent it to her manager via WhatsApp who determined it was making a noise and consequently slashed the price by £6000. I took it to a showroom the next day they checked it out said the car was perfectly fine and bought it for £3000 more than I was originally quoted by this staff member. Completely useless and I would recommend going elsewhere than getting scammed by these losers.

The guys in at WeBuyAnyCar were very helpful and went through everything step by step. I wouldn’t recommend going through WeBuyAnyCar though as the amounts we got for the van were less than half of the original quote.
