Florian at the Ewell office was polite, efficient and personable. He explained what he needed and what he was doing as he went through the process and payment was made efficiently. We were a little disappointed with the price we were initially offered, as it was less than half the instant quotation we had been given, despite us having been completely honest about the age and mileage of the car. We realise that is the business model of the company and nothing to do with Florian himself - he was a gentleman!
