Went on line to sell my car they valued it at £77,555 which is still £3000 under the lowest offer I'd had through Carwow etc. Just for convenience and speed thought what the hell it's gone. They inspected the car and gave it grade one which is there highest level of quality for there cars then offered me £67,500 £10,055 lower what the hell are you playing at. Unfortunately I am unable to give 0 stars, or I would have. Went online and got quoted £650 for our Vauxhall Insignia. We made sure we put in more details when we filled in the form, told them it would run out of MOT in like a day, HOWEVER that it had a new Turbo, Flywheel, Clutch, Battery, Glowplugs....u name it and we had it replaced as it had quite a high Mileage. If 0 was possible I would give 0. Booked an appointment for 10am on Sunday. Received a text in the morning asking to confirm I was coming. I arrived no issues at 9:55. 10am rolled around no one was there, 10:30am. Rebooked another appointment for 11am had the same text asking to confirm. No one showed. 11:30am no one showed… Tried calling multiple numbers nothing Avoid at all costs , will now sell through motorway or privately. Awful service

Absolute shambles of a service. I adjusted the terms and conditions on their site to be correct and they offered a price. Get there, go through everything and they offer a complete different one. Avoid at all costs.
