Great experience provided by Elliott at Burton. An efficient transaction with all the steps explained throughout. Slightly marred by an IT glitch but was resolved without too much delay.
Great customer service, Elliott was fantastic and really helpful. Good valuation too and a lot more than scrap value, could have got more with private selling but there was no hassle, 20 minutes and the car was sold, 10 minutes later and payment straight into my account. Only downside is the £50 admin fee.
Warren at Burton on Trent was vary professional and likable. Made the selling process very quick and easy and gave a decent price.
