Such a joke. The advisor at the branch Ali was lovely. I attended with my vehicle was quoted £9288 after the assessment. I had to go and pick up my son from school and sort out belonging from my car. Came back 1 hour later they had to do the assessment again however this time the engine assessor on the other side of the computer states there’s a knocking sound and quotes me £2000 less. Regardless of the fact that the advisor Ali advised them there’s no knocking and I was there an hour ago. What a waste of time and such a fla... read more
