Waste of time booking an appointment, I book for 17:00 I arrive at 17:00, I wait 5 mins to be told the staff member is with a customer right now and that before he can see me he then needs to see someone else first and then he can see me. Why even allow time bookings if I'll have to wait for such a long time to actually be seen. Just show up if you want to go and sell a car don't bother booking it's a waste of time unless you are happy to wait for a much longer period than your appointment.
Great service! Very friendly, thorough and a good price offered.
