I have booked the slot,I have came even before my booked time: it was closed, no information. Another guy get off his car and he has said that his appointment was book 30 mins before me, and he is still waiting. 10 minutes after my slot I have left. While waiting I have called the number: no answer, just machine. They told me: leave the message: I have done, no call back. I have emailed them as well: no reply. Avoid like a plague !
The service was very good and the adviser I saw was excellent, very helpful and friendly. He even reminded me to update my TFL Autopay account which I'd forgotten about. I was very happy with the service and the result.
Very happy with the process
I was new to using we buy any cars services. Kez Prendergast was professional, helpful and a all around pleasure to deal with. He made the process stress free and deserves to be praised.
Associate was belligerent and condescending - ironic as he seemed to know very little about cars. Price was below expectations, but was able to dispose of the car. Avoid - this branch anyway.
