A professional customer service
Tried to give me 1/3 of the price quoted on the site despite me being honest about the car’s condition. It’s a scam, they hope you’re desperate enough to take whatever they are offering. I’m not!
Very disappointing and misleading experience. Before my appointment, I received an online valuation of £5,800 for my car. Based on that, I took time off work and went to the branch. However, when I arrived, they suddenly dropped the price to £3,000, claiming the car is “salvage.” This is simply not true. It’s a rip off with a significant mark down from market price. When I was selling my car for just within 10min, the seller kept picking up other phone calls. So I walked away.
Rude service, waste of time. They offered 150£ valuation . Total scumbags. Plus made me pay for the 10 min parking when I was there which costed 7£. Do not go there.
