I give this company 5 stars because of three reasons . First they look after both their workers and their clients . Second They abide by both the company and the Government rules and Regulations so no short cuts every thing is on paper and good care for everyone. Third all the workers are given good training before they go to the clients homes , I would advise all those who are looking for care to call this company and believe me you will be satisfied with the outcome

This was the second company we used with mum and they were brilliant. The managers were great from the start and we could always get in touch with someone 24 hours a day. They were very caring, especially being flexible when mum was in hospital. However, the stars of the show were the carers. They want above and beyond in looking after mum. They made it a partnership, still ensuring her independence. They always phoned mum before they arrived in the evening so that she could get ready for her bath. I have had the opportunity to work for this company, until my recent retirement. I have recieved all the support I have ever required. Help was offered to me when any of my clients passed away. Job satisfaction was achieved when my clients smiled, as well as all the thanks I recieved from their familys. I would recommend " We are the care company" to anyone who would like to work in the care industry. Keep up the good work with caring in our community. My mother-in-law has received help, from We are the Care Company, for the last 4 years. The carers stick to visit times unless unavoidably detained; importantly for a dementia sufferer, we receive care from the same group of carers with little variation in that group; and the carers are invariably cheerful and kind and totally tactful; completely trustworthy; acting always in my mother-in-law's best interests, despite extreme provocation on occasion.
