I have had the pleasure and luck to have Lee to set me up and assist me throughout my tenancy. And whilst renting can be a tug of war game when coming across issues in your flat, Lee has been nothing but professional and kind, quick at responding and fixing problems asap. This was genuinely refreshing and I often stated how I wish my previous landlords had been like him. Even upon issues normal for London, eg. Mould, I was not dismissed as in the past! Thank you for being high standard and may the other agencies follow suit
I rented from We Are Lettings for 3 years and only left due to a change in personal circumstances. The people there are kind, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. I never had one problem throughout the entire tenancy, with every instance of maintenance sorted and questions answered promptly and professionally. I wouldn’t recommend this agency. They mislead customers and offer no real support when issues arise. I had nightmare neighbors upstairs, and despite repeated complaints, the agent did nothing. I was forced to move out two months early due to the untenable living situation. The agency claimed they would search for new tenants and release us early if someone was found, yet nothing happened—likely because they knew I was still paying rent.
