WBL Roofing erected new guttering on our house. The guttering has since bowed and water is overflowing over the top & hitting our conservatory. I have called & text on numerous occasions and they keep promising to come out & fix it but never come out. Wayne at WBL is now ignoring my calls and texts. We have also sent a letter to take this further. This has been going on for 2 months. We have a very old house, and the installation of our complete new roof wasn't straightforward, but we are very please with the end result. Wayne and his team were friendly and professional, and Wayne himself is one of those rare contractors that you don't have to chase every day. He did what he said he was going to do at the time he said he would, and went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with our new roof. Great quality at a reasonable price. Would recommend without hesitation, 10/10!
First visit unfortunately children running around in the bar. Good beer and great service. Will visit again soon.
