Professional, thorough, knowledgeable. We had an oil spill in a pond, Wayne's took the lead and had it controlled. They have all necessary equipment and expertise to handle a crisis. Highly recommend.
Scheduled appt for 4 items - fix burned out headlight, fix faulty flasher/turn unit, rotate and balance tires, and diagnose broken heater fan. Arrived at 7:55am for 8am appt and spent 3.5 hours waiting for them to finish, only to have them charge $129 for diagnosing the heater fan. None of the other simple items were addressed in any way. A cop had written a warning ticket for the burned out headlight, so the headlight was the ONLY reason we took the vehicle asap to Wayne's Automotive.. otherwise the other items could have w... read more
I would love to thank the tow truck driver that was stopped behind my broken down van at a stop light and instead of asking if I needed a TOW (which I clearly did) you just drove right around me and my children. Appreciate it! Could have made some $$$!
