RecommendedAboslutely wonderful customer service. Everyone has always been incredibly nice and helpful. They made certain that i understood the extent of what was wrong with my truck, what was a serious problem, and what was a minor problem. I have never had such a wonderful experiece at a shop before and i will be taking all of my vehicles here for any repairs that they may need in the future.
They get your car in and out and never a long wait and you can still make it to all your appointments and they always have snacks and drinks for your wait
The people at Wayne’s were super friendly and fast. My vehicle was hit in North Augusta and they were there within 15 mins. They could even tell me where my tow truck was exactly and an arrival time. I would definitely use them again.
Everything went so perfectly with you guys! I called last evening to get my quote on getting a trucked towed and what steps needed to be taken. The truck was picked up and transported to the destination seamlessly!! I didn’t even have to call about my receipt checked my email and bammmmm!!! Signed copy of delivery! If my car was on fire and they were the only shop around with an extinguisher I would grab some smores and roast marshmallows off my burning manifold before I would EVER let these people do a service for me or someone I love! The only people I have ever heard with less compassion or moral fortitude than these scam artists are the funeral directors that steal the jewelry off the bodies. My wife was involved in an accident in I-20. Their response time was well within reason. However, things went south from there. After they loaded the vehicle onto the rollback, they sat there for another 45 minutes to “help” the other two man crew responding to the same wreck for another vehicle. Later, they dropped my vehicle to accept the other vehicle because the boom wrecker did t want to use the dollies. So,the boom truck ended up towing my vehicle instead of the flatbed. Wayne's Automotive is the best in town! Whether they are towing your car or working on it they're all just nice and friendly people. My AC went out in my truck recently and they had it fixed and back to me by the end of the day.
My roadside assistance company contacted Wayne's to tow my vehicle. They gave me an ETA of 3 1/2 hours! If you're broken down on the side of the road in SC in the summer, you aren't going to wait that long for a tow. Just turn down the job and have them call another provider!
