Biggest Thank you, I can muster, to Waynes Towing Service, called and got a 60 ton for an out of town lift, was on site, in no time at all, with the personnel, and all equipment needed, to quickly and safely lift the truck body onto my trailer, and positioned it perfectly, for a safe haul back to Aiken SC, again for me, Waynes services, have been rendered, by a great and knowledgeable workforce, with some of the best equipment in the area to complete their task, they ain't allstate, but you are in great hands when you use th... read more

We've been searching for a proper diesel mechanic since moving to Aiken 10 months ago. Our small business relies on our trucks, and after having a few bad experiences at multiple other businesses, we were left wary. Wayne has great customer service. They came on time when I needed my tire changed. I will only call Wayne automative for now on.
My wrecked car was towed by Wayne's to their unattended lot in North Augusta. This company has the worst customer service ever. Their dispatchers are quite rude and very unprofessional. I even had one dispatcher hang up on me on the telephone. This company has no LEGAL rights to keep anyone from retrieving their personal belongings and telling them what they can and can't remove from their vehicle.
