Thank you to Timmy who saved me from myself after I was stuck in the mud today. He was so sweet and kind with his words and actions. I know it was hs job to help me but his kindness and thoughtfulness was appreciated so dearly and brought tears to my eyes. Again thank you and I will definitely use your services again!
I hired Wayne's to move a small shed 10 miles, I was quoted the same price twice, then when it was delivered they tried to charge me $75.00 extra. I called the office and they said it was harder than expected, so I asked the delivery drivers was it harder and they said no, everything went very smoothly. I will say that the two delivery drivers did a superb job and were very nice. If you hire them for anything, get your quote in writing!!!
My rating says it all! Beware of being overcharged if you are traveling. A horrible experience. Do NOT use this company for towing or repairs.
I posted on the other page but I wanted to make sure you guys got this over here too....I want to truly thank your team for being there for my daughter tonight. She hit a mudflap from a truck and blew her tire which took out her flare which of course attached to her inner fender....you guys towed her in and changed her tire even though she didn't have the lug nut lock key for it. They did WAY more than I asked and way over charged me for something other places do for free. Was told there would be a "small fee" to look at ONE dash light. They pulled a full report and charged me $115 after I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. NOT HAPPY, will never be going back and will be telling others
Has towed and did work on my cars very pleased. Will use them again if the need arises.
