Jason the driver was very quick to pick up my car and he was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Wayne's for all of your auto needs.
Even though it took 2.5 hours to get to me, they did a great job. Michael the driver was awesome. TOW charge was very reasonable.
The service was fantastic. Very quick and very kind! If I ever have another incident again, I know who will be my first call!
We waited on a tow for close to 3 hours. It is unsafe to be sitting at this time of night in a vehicle. We were given several different ETA and we found out when the guy arrived that he was all the way in Jackson before arriving. He had the number so why didn't he call us personally?? Someone at this company needs to teach fidelity about doing for the customer what you say you will do. Promised me a 45 min arrival time....2 hours later, still waiting...could have gotten a ride home 2 hours ago but now no one is here....very poor communication and customer service

Great place, awesome people. Recently took a wreckmaster 2/3 class at their location. Wonderful people, would love to do it again. Thanks again guys.
Excellent service. Super friendly and was there within the hour. I recommend Waynes if you need a tow. The tow driver was awesome and very friendly as well. I enjoyed my ride and felt a little less stress during the trip to Midas.
Customer service skills are extremely lacking! Christy answered the phone was beyond rude and did not help me at all. I was told I needed to call back later because she did not have time to assist me. She talked to me like I was a nuisance just for calling. I wouldn't recommend anyone to contact Wayne's Automotive for anything!
