Worst customer service Ever.. If Roadside assistance ever assigns this company to you refuse their service. Quoted times of arrival are false. The Office Lady is extremely Rude if you call to ask an estimated time.
Recently I had a vehicle that broke down and needed a tow. I had used another towing company that is well known in this market but I've had two problems with them recently. After having spoken to their office manager that basically gave me the run-around even though I've been a customer of theirs for about 10 years. Yalll.... I'm a very patient and understanding person.... with that being said even I have a breaking point and waiting 4 hours in a car with my 1 year old and 3 year old was that breaking point. My jeep broke down in aiken when we were visiting family this week from camp Lejeune. so I call usaa and they send out Wayne's automotive and even the lady from usaa was getting mad everytime she called to check on us and found out we were still waiting. Got stranded because my starter went out yesterday Bryan was amazing. He was friendly and kind. Both Bryan and the dispatcher Shay made sure I was ok and safe.
We were broke down. We used our roadside assistance through our insurance company. Initially they dispatched a company that never showed up. 3 hrs into the wait, the insurance company tried to call them...but no answer. They then dispatchef Waynes. They were there in 20 minutes. Thank you for your prompt service.
Waynes has saved me twice..Excellent company..Older gentleman come out to williston today had a trainee with him both super nice guys too tow my car, treated my car like it was their own..Even the girl who calls you back after you get your roadside assistance, Im guessing their dispactor very information. Thank you once again..Customer for life!
Run as fast as you can from this place. The shop foreman is a liar, and will rip you off. A$$ hole is too nice of a description for this guy. A real piece of work.
