I had a dreadful experience with Wayne and Silver from 2021-2025 and would strongly advise against using them as your letting agents. They were incredibly slow to respond to us which allowed minor issues to escalate e.g. insufficient drain repair causing damage to flooring, never fixing windows leading to damp, not fixing a door properly resulting in damage to the wall etc. (for reference, we flagged the issue with the door in July 2021 and it was finally resolved in the spring of 2025 by which time it had created a dent in ... read more

The property had a few issues with water and I must admit the property manager Ekin was great in responsiveness and communicating progress each time. Overall, we have had a peaceful stay with minimal issues and asking for clarification or concerns was meant with prompt and kind replies from Ekin.
