I can’t recommend Wayne and Silver highly enough. The whole team — and especially Scott — were outstanding. The property had a few issues with water and I must admit the property manager Ekin was great in responsiveness and communicating progress each time. Overall, we have had a peaceful stay with minimal issues and asking for clarification or concerns was meant with prompt and kind replies from Ekin.
I appreciate Ekin effort, everything was good she answered me even in weekends, just a small issue my room door was not closing
Wayne & Silver were instructed to sell our property in Hampstead Garden Suburb. Their presentation of the property was outstanding and they secured for us an offer at our asking price within just over 2 weeks. Their matching of buyer to seller revealed a very personalised approach to the deal on both sides. They then offered professional and trusted support from offer to exchange. They genuinely did a first class job for us and we would be very happy to recommend their services to others.
If I could be bothered I’d make a formal complaint. They’re charging me thousands of pounds to manage my block every year and barely anything gets done and I have to solve everything myself.
