Worst Experience EVER I have had several issues with the used car that I purchased from this dealership. I have called and left messages with the dealerships secretary and have never received a return phone call. After calling in several times I asked to speak with the owner. I have left several messages with him and he has not called me back. It's amazing how great they can make you feel about buying a car from them and drop you the second you leave the dealership.
Poor Customer Service. Customer service is not all that great and they don't budge much on their prices. I was disappointed with my experience here and instead went to another dealership to buy a Mazda.
Horrible Service Town North Mazda doesn't even deserve 1 star! I have had several issues with the car that I purchased from them. I purchased a car that had 22k and after only 20k of driving from me the vehicle is inoperable. I brought it in to a local Mazda and was told that there were multiple things wrong with the car including a clutch that was the wrong model for my car. I was told by Town North that they would pay for $200 of my total $1130 of expenses and I could cover the rest. This was really upsetting to me because... read more
Horrible experience from start to finish Do not do business with Town North Mazda. They make misleading price quotes, have questionable sales practices, and fail to back up their promises. A salesperson quoted me his "best internet price" via phone on a CX-9 and told me to come to the dealership. When made it clear I wasn't coming in until I had arrived at a firm price on a vehicle they had in stock, he stopped returning calls and didnât respond to my emails. Amazing! If you are searching for used cars, this is the place to shop. Amazing group of salesman with the nicest Sales Manager in town. His sincere attitude with working on finding that perfect match for me is admired. Used car salesmen dont always have the best rep, but Town North Mazda is the Exception!
Miata wheel alignment I took my older Miata in for a four wheel alignment. The result was the best alignment I have had in years. I had an alignment done three weeks before at a discount tire shop in another town and that shop butchered one of my inner tie rods and didn't quite get the alignment just right either. If you know anything about a Miata, then you know these cars can be sensitive in steering. Mine is.
