Wayne Mazda, old-school scary car shopping Very pushy. Old-school tactics, like taking the key for your trade-in and not returning it so you can't leave. The salespeople have to go to the manager's desk every 4 minutes, and then drag him over all the time to squeeze you into buying right there and then.
Happy customer Unlike some of the reviews on Wayne Mazda I've seen I was actually fairly happy. Purchased a new 2009 Mazda3 hatchback for 16,500, well under invoice. They went all the way to a dealer in MA to find the exact color and options I wanted and even switched out the dash trim (black) with that of an '08 model (silver) because I liked the silver better. Be Careful! I am ashamed to admit that I fell victim to the typical sleezy, pushy car dealer. I left a deposit on my credit card pending my husbands approval of the purchase. I was told that it was an easy phone call to credit my card if my husband didn't agree. I called the next day as we had a family emergency and needed to leave town unexpectedly.
