Poor service Our salesman was very nice and offered us a great deal via email before we went in there. Once we got there, however, and got half-way through the paperwork, their "heavy" came in and was extremely condescending towards us. He offered us a price for our trade in that was $4500 less than the blue book value and was so rude to us that we left. We'll never go back there again.
Best car experience ever Westcott Mazda is the best. John Hine lied to me. Escondido try to steal from me, and Westcott Mazda sold me a car below invoice and treated me with the up most courtesy and respect. Truly world class staff and finance.

The Dealer Lied to sell the car I purchased a Mazda 3, 5 door and I have to say that I love it. When I purchased the car I made sure to ask if the CD player would play mp3s and the sales lady asked her boss and came back and said it does, so I went ahead and purchased the car. I drove the car for about 2 weeks the decided to burn some mp3 cds and check out the stereo and it did not work. Westcott Mazda is dishonest!!!!! I recently went to Westcott Mazda to buy a used car. I can't tell you what an unpleasant experience it was for me. I was there for three hours, had an agreed-upon price, was at the finance guy's desk when he told me it was $1,500 more than I was told it was going to be. Good service/Great Car I was looking to down size my current 8 cyclindar car. I sold the car and was looking at Mazda's and Toyota's. A friend recommended Wescott Mazda. They had a good selection of cars, and I told them I was just looking and they said okay...I got the salesperson's name and after looking over the lot, I went and located him. Mazda Customer My grandfather and I went to this dealership back in 2003, He ended up surprising me by getting me a Mazda Millenia. It was all ok, The sales guy was very convinving that this would be a good car and it is but they failed to tell me that the car was previously crashed! When later on It was pointed out by one of the friends that the whole back bumper had some cheap paint and was starting to peel. Never ever shop at the Westcott dealership in National City. Tricky PEOPLE! Lied about my warranty! They were very nice in the begining until I signed the papers. When I test drove the car, they brakes squeked & they said it was because the car was sitting there & it hadn't been driven. Also because it was cold outside & it needed to warm up.
