Mazda Service After the closure of El Cajon Mazda, I received a letter from Mazda to have my Warranty service performed at Westcott. I took the car to Westcott for routine service (~25K) and later found that at least one item they claimed to have serviced (battery check and cleaning) was never done.Shortly thereafter the battery died and upon removing the battery cover to jump the car it was badly corroded. Best car experience ever Westcott Mazda is the best. John Hine lied to me. Escondido try to steal from me, and Westcott Mazda sold me a car below invoice and treated me with the up most courtesy and respect. Truly world class staff and finance.
they screwed me over!!! i got a Toyota corolla just 2 weeks ago and I've had to take up there 10 times!!!first my battery drained so i had to get my car jumped every time i used it so i took it back and they changed it for me, next day my check engine light came on and they took it in for 4 days just 2 days after i bought it. i finally got it back 4 days later literally 30 ins later the light came back on so i took it up there and they told me it was there issue i had to take it to Toyota i had to drive to Toyota where they ... read more
Westcott Mazda is dishonest!!!!! I recently went to Westcott Mazda to buy a used car. I can't tell you what an unpleasant experience it was for me. I was there for three hours, had an agreed-upon price, was at the finance guy's desk when he told me it was $1,500 more than I was told it was going to be. These people are nice and helpful until it's time to sign, and then the game changes. When I confronted the salesman, he just backpeddled and said "I told you it would be around that price." Good service/Great Car I was looking to down size my current 8 cyclindar car. I sold the car and was looking at Mazda's and Toyota's. A friend recommended Wescott Mazda. They had a good selection of cars, and I told them I was just looking and they said okay...I got the salesperson's name and after looking over the lot, I went and located him. Mazda Customer My grandfather and I went to this dealership back in 2003, He ended up surprising me by getting me a Mazda Millenia. It was all ok, The sales guy was very convinving that this would be a good car and it is but they failed to tell me that the car was previously crashed! When later on It was pointed out by one of the friends that the whole back bumper had some cheap paint and was starting to peel. Never ever shop at the Westcott dealership in National City. These guys r Crooks!
Give them a 10!!!! I had THEE best car buying experience at Westcott Mazda. I had been looking for a specific mazda cx-7 with certain packages and they had it! Be careful! Dishonest dealer! They promised me a price on a car then when I went in to sign the paperwork, some how the price went up. The salesman would not admit to it until I confronted the guy about it. Go somewhere else!
Westcott Mazda is not a place to go buy a car Very dishonest dealer. Very pushy during negotiation. Present deal to us with lies after lies. They were rude to us. Please don't go there to buy a car
