Good Prices, shady businessmen I hate car salesmen. Talked to "joseph", went in and asked for "joseph". First, he wasn't there. Then when they found I wanted to buy, "joseph" leaped out of God knows where to sell me whatever I wanted. Dealt with James mostly, he was a cool guy, I guess. The Dealer Lied to sell the car I purchased a Mazda 3, 5 door and I have to say that I love it. When I purchased the car I made sure to ask if the CD player would play mp3s and the sales lady asked her boss and came back and said it does, so I went ahead and purchased the car. I drove the car for about 2 weeks the decided to burn some mp3 cds and check out the stereo and it did not work. Good dealership I never thought buying a car could be such a pleasant experience. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all. The dealership set up financing at a good rate. When I've taken the car in to be serviced, I've never had to wait and the work has always been professional and speedy.
Don't go to Mazda! PLs!!!! Rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Poor customer service. That Kaz has no breeding! Don't go to this dealer. They won't treat you like a customer and will tell you that the bank is paying them not you.
Very Pleased Shortly after my car being stolen my husband and I began looking at cars. We knew about the Mazda3 and Westcott Mazda was able to help us get the car that fit our wants/needs. The people were very informative and urged us to go online and do research ourselves before making a decision. In researching we found that the facts the dealership told us were accurate and 3 days later we make our purchase. I am very happy with my car and their service department is wonderful. I would recommend Westcott Mazda to anyone.
Dont Do it. So where do I start... Was low balled on my 2007 Magnum Trade in But did it anyway- should have went to Car Max instead for most out of your trade in. Got the Car home Engine Light Came on, they said they would reset but never mentioned fixing the sensor. My Brother is a Tech so he reset but the Light Still comes back on. One of the power switches on the Drivers side does not work, I metioned it to them and they never offered to fix. I looked in all of cali, and even in oregon and washington but they had it and for such an AMAZING price I drove down as soon as I got off work to see if I could get a good value for my trade in and I most definatley did! Horrible Experience!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! The finacing department (or should I say individual) at Westcott Mazda in Nation City happily gave us the absolute worst customer service / buying experience I have ever had. My biggest mistake, not looking online at the reports on their service and financing. Also spoke with my sister who had some nightmares with their parts department. RUN AWAY!!!
Satisfied Buyer!! I normally can't stand buying cars. But I just purchased my brand new Mazda 3 from Westcott Mazda and the negotiating was pressure free. I got a good deal, the salesperson was knowledgeable and nice, and they honored everything they told me over the phone. Yes, i would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for an easy car buying experience.
