Great sales staff I recently went to westcott mazda, I was looking for a mazda6. I wanted a V6. I looked online and found the car I wanted at Westcott Mazda. When I went down to get the car I spoke with the sales manager, we did some calculations and figured that the car I wanted would cost me to much, however he offered another mazda6 that was used. POOR MANAGERIAL SKILL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I brought my Mazda5 that I purchased new from Westcott in for the sixth time to have the key fob repaired, which I leave as a spare at my house which stopped working from lack of use? 1st visit: Service manager fixed half of key and in turn damaged the other half so the two would not stay together. 2. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These guys are SCAM artists!! I just brought a brand new 2010 Mazda 3, first they told me they had a special interest rate only for the 2010 then when I went to buy it they said "no that's only for the 2009". Westcott Mazda is dishonest!!!!! I recently went to Westcott Mazda to buy a used car. I can't tell you what an unpleasant experience it was for me. I was there for three hours, had an agreed-upon price, was at the finance guy's desk when he told me it was $1,500 more than I was told it was going to be. Hassle free and top notch service! I'm the type of person who usually doesn't write reviews, but I do try to read a lot of them before I spend my hard earned money.
