Dont buy from Wayne Mazda I wish I read the reviews first. I got the exact same run around BS that allot of the others reviewing did. Sales man wanted me to sign a form that I would buy before we talked to the finance guy to see what interest rate we were getting. The sales man had to get the sales manager involved every step of the way. The vehicle was advertised as having keyless entry. wayne mazda victim Disgusting dealership, They lie, con, steal. Plus treat custtomers like they are sub human. I was cursed at by Bernard, for trying to hold him at his word. Never, Never go to this place. They need to be put out of business now before there are more victims in their wake. Please help close this place contact the corporate office complain to them daily these people need to be stopped.
Made a bad situation much better I'm from Virginia and my car died while visiting NJ. I dropped off the car (with no appointment) on a Saturday afternoon. They had a diagnosis by mid-morning on Monday and the car was repaired that afternoon. All of the personel I dealt with in person and on the phone were friendly and competent.
very bad experience the sales manager, John, is by far the worst person i've ever met in my life. all the old school sales tricks.. don't waste your time there.
waste of time promised a price but added over $1000 in extra and bogus cost- complete waste of my time. If you want broken promises and have extra time to kill come on down to Wayne Mazda
Bogus Fees LOL. I am actually in the process of shopping and have only been dealing with this group of people on the phone and via email. Watch out for BOGUS fees. Like a $399.fee for them calling one of THEIR banks to get you a loan. Oh and they will tell you that if you have poor credit then the bank that issues you a loan charges them $3000. so they have to add some of that to the price of the vehicle. A lot of BS. I lost my car in a flood and have received sub-human service.
Don't do it! Their service department is the worst by far. I have been bringing my car to this service department since I bought car in 2003 however I will never ever bring my car there again! Every time car went in for one issue something totally unrelated was broken during repair. They actually cracked my dashboard in half and replaced it without telling me with the dash of another year model. Which would have been fine if the buttons would have lined up. Wayne Mazda is fine. our experience was fine, but we did our homework before we went so there was no BS --I think our salesman was surprised by how much we knew what we were talking about..any large purchase should be researched first and then you won't run into some of the problems mentioned here..our salesman John Pujlos (sorry if spelling wrong) was not pushy and very respectful. Don't trust this Dealership!!!!Beware They're the worse car dealership in town. My husband and I talk to Maleni and she told us to come down and everything are all ready, all we have to do is to pick the car. we we got there 1st they told us that she's not there even she there, second they really rude to us. we spend $90.00 for the taxi cab from and to our home. They're shark and don't trust this company. They will say anything to get you to there. They lie to us and they will lie to you as well.
