Shady staff and completely unprofessional. The sales staff at Mazda of National City appear to be very courteous and helpful while selling a car. Unfortunately as soon as the car is sold all professionalism goes out the window. They are very dishonest and do not back up their word. While selling you a car they will misinform you and conduct themselves in a very condescending manner. used car sale i was pleasantly surprised when i went to look for a vehicle on a sunday, when i figured they would be closed, and actually saw a saleperson working who ended up selling me a vehicle the same day.
Bad times I bought a used Dodge Caravan there. The salesman told us there was a manufactuers warranty. However, after owning the car for two weeks we found out that it was a car from Canada and the manufacturers warranties were void. We ended up returning the van and buying elsewhere.
Nightmare Dealership sells cars with safety issues that Service Dept admits to having knowledge of. Car has been back for service 4 times in 8 months, and issue is still not resolved. Sales Manager apologized and arranged a meeting to "get me out of the situation," then asked if I had brought cash down for a newer more costly vehicle. Disappointed and Frustrated I recently paid $1,000 for service and still have the same problem and am very disappointed, especially since I bought my car there. I am not a car mechanic, so when they diagnosed my issue, I didn’t complain or argue, I just paid them their price, which was $1,000 to replace a fuel pump. Horrible experience from start to finish Do not do business with Town North Mazda. They make misleading price quotes, have questionable sales practices, and fail to back up their promises. A salesperson quoted me his "best internet price" via phone on a CX-9 and told me to come to the dealership. When made it clear I wasn't coming in until I had arrived at a firm price on a vehicle they had in stock, he stopped returning calls and didnât respond to my emails. Amazing! If you are searching for used cars, this is the place to shop. Amazing group of salesman with the nicest Sales Manager in town. His sincere attitude with working on finding that perfect match for me is admired. Used car salesmen dont always have the best rep, but Town North Mazda is the Exception!
