We feel completely let down and misled by Sharan. She took money for microsuction treatment for my mum’s ears but has failed to deliver the service. At the last visit, she was unable to remove the wax and confirmed she would return once oil had been applied. We booked a follow-up, but she never arrived. I was later told she hadn’t even put it in her diary. She then gave me another date for extraction, but once again, she didn’t show up. Great service at home - very helpful and informative approach putting you at ease. Highly recommended.
This is an excellent painless service from an experienced, professional practitioner. I had never had any ear problems in the past but suddenly had an issue with excess ear wax. The equipment used is state of the art, safe, works fast and is totally pain free. Some tickling can be present but that was all I felt. Apart from the treatment, Sharan really put me at my ease. She is knowledgeable and it was a real pleasure to meet her. I have no hesitation in recommending her very efficient service.

What a fantastic service. Sharan knows her stuff and was excellent at her job. I feel so much better having all that wax sucked out painlessly. Would definitely recommend her to anyone with blocked ears.
