Everyone received a lot of information at this session, some of it relevant, some not. I feel that generally the changes I have made to my lifestyle are very beneficial to me and I am working hard at this. I was therefore dismayed to see my HbA1c result was higher than normal and that this (presumably) led to me being given a high risk of developing diabetes. Very useful initiative on lifestyle and health. I kinda know a lot of this but am poor at practicing some of it. My biggest weakness is sugar in my diet. Group session was a first for me. Spending quality time with specialists like Dr Fraser is very helpful.
I found the Lifestyle group consultation with Dr Fraser extremely helpful and informative. I feel more confident in making healthy choices and more motivated to take steps to try to maintain positive physical and mental health and wellbeing. Thank you for providing this service.
