Absolutely Brilliant, installed brand new LPG Central heating in my annexe for my parents. Very Professional, great problem solving and will just get on with the job in hand. Has made my Dad extremely happy!
We had super service from Connor and would recommend. Wave were recommended to us by a friend of ours. We had an old air source heat pump removed, new Valiant gas boiler fitted and several new radiators fitted. Our house is now warm! Lots of good advice, flexible on timings to suit us and a really neat and tidy job that we are very happy with. Having had a few average/poor experiences with people working at our house over the last few years it’s been brilliant to have someone who knows and cares about what they are doing!
Superb service from Connor when upgrading our heating as part of the renovation. Quick to get back to us and book in a visit to talk through options. Once booked in, communication was spot on, good value and a quality job all round. Will be back to quote for bathroom plumbing in the near future
We have used Connor now on three big jobs and found him by chance.(His distinctive van!). He has been incredible and a joy to deal with. If you are looking for an honest,hardworking and reasonable plumber, then you've found the right team! Couldnt rate him any higher.
After 4 weeks of no hot water and constantly being let down by another heating engineer, Connor saved the day ! Fitted us in swiftly, and ended up fitting a whole new boiler within a couple of days of his first visit. Extremely professional but also polite and friendly and I highly recommend Connor at Wave.
