Bought ford mini van off Sheldon after spotting it in autotrader at a very good price. Went up on a Saturday to have a look and a test drive. Upon arrival at Wave Shop ( which was very neat and clean btw!) i was greeted by Sheldon and the van was waiting for us to view and test drive. Bought the van there and then. Absolute pleasure to have met Sheldon and bought the car off him. Top class service, thank you very much!
I’ve bought 2 cars through Wave and both occasions they’ve gone above and beyond!! Constant communication from both Callum and Sheldon on the progress of my finance application and the car was immaculate when I collected it. I can’t recommend Wave enough! Thanks again both
Really helpful from start to finish, found the perfect car for me and my Mrs and within short period of time as well. Ticked every box we had in mind and more. Nice and freindly customer service as well, made us feel comfortable with our choice of car and not pushed into over doing it with the price, tailored to all our needs. Not 1 fault to be had. Don’t both with main dealers. Having had two bad experiences with two premium brand dealerships. The team at Wave have been an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, AND they listen too.
