Haven't been a tenant with this agents for some time - left for reasons unrelated to the property / agency, however had numerous problems during the tenancy anyway - and just received a tenants maintenance problem! Huge safety concern as I received the building code and their apartment door code! Appalling - hope they’ve contacted the tenant to explain and changed the code, luckily I’m not a bad person!

Our experience was quite disappointing. The property was unclean on arrival, with a broken bed that took nearly a month to replace. Drainage issues caused wastewater to come up through the kitchen sink when the washing machine ran, and maintenance was very slow to respond. After moving out, it took almost two months and over 20 calls to get our deposit back, despite being told it would take 28 working days. Communication and service need serious improvement.
I was a tenant with Watts and Co around 5 years ago. I recently had a parcel sent to my old address in error and Georgiana went out of her way to organise it to be collected/forwarded to me. She was so helpful and made it easy to resolve the issue. The level of care/service was excellent.
I rented with them for 1 year and they are genuinely the worst I’ve ever seen. When I went to move in on first day the entire flat was still full of old tenants belongings and was still filthy. They then said they can’t come in and clean once I take the keys. I had no option but to take them as I had no where else to go and they offered no part refund for delaying my move in.
