Luke came out to investigate why our log burner was pouring smoke out the bottom of the firebox and to sweep the chimney. His communication was exceptional, he was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job, all of this at a great price too. We can highly recommend Luke at Watkins Plumbing and Heating and will be using him every year to sweep our chimney and would not go anywhere else, god forbid, if we have any further issues with our log burner!
