Been with this practise since birth and have lived in Garston most of my life. I have complained twice about my treatment and the rudeness of staff to which they never replied and have now removed me from their list after 62 years! Their excuse? I live out of their catchment area! I have lived out of their catchment area fo most of those years and now they use it as an excuse to dump me! I will be complaining to the CQC
The doctors at Watford health centre care about patients however the same can’t be said about the receptionists they lack basic telephone etiquette and I would rather deal with an AI receptionist than a human
I was told by the specialist I saw privately that I need to do certain blood tests. So I contacted my GP surgery and explained that I would like to have at least some of them done through the NHS, as I’ve already spent quite a bit privately and hoped at least this part could be covered. However, I received a reply saying it would be easier if I did them all privately!
Worst service and surgery.
