can't praise enough, had by boiler serviced every year for 10 years by manufacturers maintenance plan, when that expired then by a boiler engineer recommended by a friend, 3 weeks later had a failure, engineer would not respond so i called waterworks, very quick to respond and very polite, next day the engineer arrived, within 10 minuets he diagnosed the issue, part was ordered and another visit made, the whole system was checked by the engineer, including showers bath and sinks, we now have a boiler working like it never ha... read more
