Absolutley great company, they helped us out when no one else would, we had a emergency plumbing issue happen last week our water tank in the loft split they came round and isolated and replaced the tank the following day.

They replied quickly late on a Saturday and a plumber came within 1.5 hours which was great. However, having paid £189, the plumber that arrived said he didn't have the part to fix the toilet so would turn off the water and return on Monday to fix it. Once he had the small part, it would only take 5 minutes to fix. He was here for 7 minutes.
