August 2025. A Seller with Watersons. Four years ago I bought a house from Watersons and had a brilliant experience, as stated in my previous post. Amazing services from Helen and her team. I contacted them in mid-April with the intention to sell my buy-to-let property, within a couple of days they managed to put up the advertisement and a couple of days later I got several offers. It only took 3.5 months time from end to end to sell this property. I was told it would take ages to sell/buy property in UK but it doesn’t happen to me with Watersons.
I had such a great experience with Nick and Laylah at Watersons. They were really professional, super approachable, and so helpful all the way through — from the first viewing right up to sorting the paperwork. Laylah kept me updated at every step and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a property.
