We recently bought a house through Watersons. The sellers were not very helpful at all but Watersons did their best. The communication was good and prompt. Special thanks to Helen - who was extremely professional at all times and extremely helpful. Helen ensured that both solicitors were moving things along in a timely fashion. Bought a house and Watersons were the estate agents the sellers were using. They were very professional, quick at responding and kept us in the loop. Would recommend.
Waterson’s were incredibly efficient and helpful in my moving process. Nick was very compassionate and patient with me (as a first time renter), he is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different areas and options within the industry which guided me to my final decision. I would definitely recommend and I will be using Waterson’s in the coming future.

I recently rented my house in Sale with Watersons. Nick and his team provided extraordinary support throughout. Very thorough in the processes, detailed but not annoying, work with speed but do not compromise on quality. I have tried almost all the agencies in Sale but Watersons are the best so far!!!!
