Gosia is very professional, punctual and extremely patient, I had very bad build up of impacted ear wax in both ears which led to me loosing alot of my hearing, this was a challenge to remove but Gosia was very patient and won the battle in the end, my hearing is now amazing. I would certainly use the services of Waterside Ear Care again. I highly recommend to others.
