Dont buy from there- we reserved a plot in feb 2022. Told the house would be ready in August. We exchanged in august to be told the house wouldnt be ready til , September, then October then December then then January. Every time told the date had changed within 2 weeks of completion. We were given the final completion date in March only to get a phone call the week before estimated completion saying the builder had gone into liquidation and they were withdrawing the sale of the property. We have baught a house here from watermills in feniscowles, and I recommend NOT to buy from this place, the build quality is shocking, the management is shocking the support is shocking the service is shocking, these are NOT a company to trust to buy a home from.
