Just spent an hour and 45 minutes at Watermark Toyota for a scheduled oil change. My appointment was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:20 and checked in. They finally took my car back at 3:20, and I left at 4:05. I can understand that for a walk-in, but for a scheduled appointment? I have bought cars in less time than that. Very disappointing for a first time experience. From what I read this is not an uncommon occurrence.
RecommendedKyle Campbell helped me today. he has made this entire process a piece of cake. I am so appreciative of him. this is me getting my first car and he helped me get approved for one, I would recommend anyone to see him!
