Our salesperson Abby Mitchell was awesome! She went above and beyond to help us. It was one of the most enjoyable times I’ve had buying a new vehicle. Everyone there was professional and courteous.
I called on Monday to make an appointment because I had a recall on my Highlander. I made an appointment for 8 am today Thursday. I get here and I’m told my appointment was at 9:30. How did it get moved? She said that’s when it was scheduled. She was rude. I know I didn’t mishear the times because 8 and 9:30 are no where near the same time or sound. Would have to say the service shop just picked up my Tacoma had a valve job done on it they beat everyone else on the price to do it and it’s running great plus you know it’s done right the mechanic that did it is a great mechanic don’t know his real name but they call him cornbread they have my business from now on I’m happy and so is my little truck Great job watermark

Tabatha in the service department she’s great, traveled an hr just to see her. Always gives you great service, she’s always happy to see you. Service is fast and no BS. Tabatha has taken care of our family’s Toyota service for many years. Added bonus everyone at Watermark is friendly.
