service takes forever. my car immediately messed up. (had the car for less than 8 months) and my grill emblem popped off cause of the vibration from a bent rim..(my grill is STILL falling off) my headliner is falling down. my windows won't roll up or down part of the time. this is all a joke. they won't fix anything but my rim. unless i pay for the extra warrantys. still gonna pay for the car of course. cause a car is a must nowadays. but I would not recommend this place at all. Wouldn’t buy another vehicle here. Their lifetime warranty depends on the advice of their service department. Told them to contact us and, do what ever needed, as not to lapse the lifetime warranty. They leave out the tiny things! Ahhhh
Completely messed up a deal. They gave me a price and then when we finish up all the money they tell me they couldnt honor it after i had finance secured and $12,500 wired to them.

Good service great attitude
Ask for Shelbi! She put me at ease with the car buying process during COVID-19. She sure made it worth the drive to Madisonville. Trustworthy and respectful - these two words describe her.

Service department is a joke! At least a hour and a half every time you go for just a oil change with a appointment. Not friendly. Just wasted 2 hours of my time today cause they messed up my appointment. But didn’t bother to tell me till hour and a half later when I go back to check on car and it hasn’t been moved. Had to make another appointment to bring back and waste another day of my time off work 😡The service department is ruining watermarks business.
