Why make an appointment for 10:15 when they will get it in 3 hrs later. Drop the vehicle off at 945 for an oil change and recall, 2 hrs of work they say, show up 2.5 hrs later to discover they haven't even started and it will be 1 or 1:30 before they start.
Had great experience here, they made me feel at ease with choosing them to buy a new car. Had great guy pick me up took me to dealer ship to salesman and the financial guy. The all made it a great experience, would recommend them to anyone, I was in and out in less than hour.

These people in the service department are a joke! Everytime I have dealt with them it's been an awful experience! The newest situation - my husband takes his dodge ram 3500.. they change oil and rotate tires. Today he looks for his key (the one that unlocks his tires) and it's not where it's supposed to be. My husband then drives there to confront them and the guy says he thought he put it back. I worked with Lisa on some subpar work completed by the previous dealership owners. She far exceeded my expectations on what I thought they'd be willing to do. This dealership is willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to past and present customers. I will definitely consider this location when I need another Toyota.
