RecommendedAn update to my previous post: Watermark has reached out to me and now has my Explorer and are trying to remedy the issues. The communication delay was due to our salesman being out of the office unexpectedly. They have been friendly to work with on this problem and have even given me a car to drive in the meantime. I would definitely recommend them now to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you, Watermark.

Buckle-up, it is coming I promise everyone! My wife’s Charger started shifting hard, I said we need to check the trans fluid lever which I soon realized that it could only be checked at a dealership so she dropped it off, she received a call saying that sensors needed to be replaced and a few other items that would cost about $500 to fix, I have had 6 back surgeries and 1 neck surgery so I could not do the work myself as I would normally do, she authorized them to make the repairs, a few days later, she got a call telling he... read more

The car I bought was overpriced. No windshield wiper on back window and this was not disclosed to me. Several spots/dings/dints on car not disclosed to me, just like windshield wiper on back window. I’ve been charged twice for the same product. It is the base to the wiper on the back window.
RecommendedThey are super nice and very accomodating. I happened to be in Madisonville around 11 and I had a little piece they had ordered for my front seat and I had an appointment at 2 but they went on and fixed it for me then and I didn’t have to make a special trip back to Madisonville. It was also cheaper than their estimate I would reccomend them to anyone!!!!!

RecommendedGreat place to do business! When I scheduled our 4-Runner for service Chase made sure the parts were in stock before making the appointment. On the day of the appointment he remembered that I needed to leave by 1pm to get home in time for work and they had us done and ready to leave by 12:40! Friendly knowledgeable accommodating staff!
