Dr Michael Sadik at this practice. Doesn't seem to understand what social prescribing is and asked around 10 times now. In a way he is ruining my summer time because I need some activities which this service can help me with. Dr Michael doesn't seem to understand what a complaint is. Dr Michael seems reluctant at looking at my subject access request because I have missing information on my medical files.
