I have witnessed your residents talking about and taking drugs and have sent you video evidence. This is a place for vulnerable people absolutely disgusting
Outrageous place to work. Staff are arrogant and the owner doesn't care. When you leave you'll be lucky to get your final wage as it's paid by check and the owner will drag his feet and delay for as long as he deems fit. This place needs to be closed down! It has a history of poor care - surprised its not in special measures again.
Bad care. Residents left to live stream on TikTok and give abuse and threats to members of the public. Also allowed to have 65 year old female in a vulnerable young males bedroom also on live steam bragging they the staff allow them to have “relations” . Reported to the CQC.
