Thank you to the staff at Waterloo Care Home. The difference in my Dads physical well being in less than a month is phenomenal. He is loving the fresh, nutritious hot meals every day and the personal care the staff are providing.

As a family we were looking for a real homely care home, didn’t take long to find Waterloo care home. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always go that extra mile for our loved ones. All the staff have been amazing during these worrying times keeping all residents safe and very much cared for, With lots of entertainment and activities going on. I am very happy not to worry as much for our nana as we know she is cared for very well. All staff should be very proud. Thank you to you all x

nice place e for the residents however the outside looks like a un emptied ashtray with cigarette ends alover
