Dona was wonderful - such a relaxing start to the holiday
I had a spa package gifted to me so I went down to have this today. Katie gave me the Dover Marina Heaven Package. She was brilliant. Made me feel really welcome and at ease. She explained everything that would happen and what she would do and when. When she finished I felt like I was a new person. I would recommend the package and highly recommend Katie.
My wife and had a spa, couples massage and afternoon tea today and it was an incredible day. Everyone is lovely. The spa is a nice relaxing place and then the full body massage was amazing, I’ve never had a massage before and was a little apprehensive but Susanna was absolutely lovely, my wife was looked after by Dona and the whole experience was just the best. for Katie!! I had an incredible full body massage with Katie, and I can't recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived the treatment room, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is both intuitive and highly skilled — she clearly knows the body well and tailored the massage to exactly what I needed. The treatments with Katie were first rate, I had a body scrub and facial. Katie is kind and knowledgeable and answered my questions really well. The lunch included in the package was excellent. Gave 4 stars because initially the whole experience was disappointing including a jacuzzi that didn’t work! But the day ended perfectly with the treatments.
