Tim was our service person for Waterbury. He replaced our garbage disposal after explaining to us what the problem was. He showed us the old disposal, installed the new one, all of which was done in a timely manner and very professionally. Troy called ahead and was able to arrive earlier which was a blessing because the water heater went out the day before. He was able to determine the leak, have a new water heater and expansion tank delivered and installed within 3 hours. He walked through how the new model works and what to do in case there is a leak. He was friendly, considerate, and had no problem answering my questions.
Paul worked hard, asked us questions to help locate unit, & informed us about product. Got AC replaced in a day in very hot conditions. The kind of person I'd want for a job.
