The service man Tim who came to my home was extremely prompt, polite and respectful. He was through in explaining what had happened to my water handle and what he had to fix. What I thought would/could take awhile as I work from home did not. Thankful for his dedication at fixing my issue in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Tim.
Great guy, down to earth friendly who knows how in remove and install water heaters. Jim explained everything great. Always had great service with Waterbury!

Waterbury electrician, Ryan ******, repaired three light switches in our home this morning and I was very pleased with how quick and efficient he was. I appreciated that he wore a mask and shoe covers when he was in the house. He was safe, friendly, knowledgeable, and cordial. Super group ..... Short notice job .... I Had the Waterbury group out for some initial electrical installation on outdoor LED 5500 Lumen flood lights in 2 places on the house exterior. Everything went smoothly and seamless in a timely manner performed by their electrician Ryan Watson. Units look neat and sharp with no wiring exposed or unsightly mess.. Paul installed our new furnace on December 14, 2020. He did a great job, was very courteous, explained what he was doing and why, It took him all day, discovering he had to reroute the venting line, which he wasn't expecting to do. None-the-less he kept at it until well after dark, working outside in 10 degree weather for more than an hour. 5-stars for Paul and his excellent work. Thanks Paul.
We needed a hot water heater on a Saturday. The whole process was seamless from the initial call to the timely and professional installation. We use Waterbury for all our plumbing , heating and air conditioning.
I have requested Tim S a few times, for my house and my Father's house. He is very professional and knowledgeable, with a bit of a sense of humor! He did a excellent honest job, I will recommend Tim from Waterbury for any other plumbing issues I may come across.
Great service. Tim showed up early and suggested a better alternative to the service that I had initially requested. He worked very carefully and made sure to go through the system once it was installed.
