Ryan was prompt getting to our scheduled appointment. I showed him the problem and he explained very clearly what he was going to do. He completed the work very quickly and left the area in the same condition as he had found it. The job was very well done.
Quality and timely work. No surprises and completed as expected.
Had an issue with several outlets and lights not working. I had checked the circuit breakers but couldn't see an issue. Ryan came out and was able to determine that one of the breakers was in the tripped position - something I had overlooked. He was very professional and efficient. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
Paul and Grady did a great job on the install of our new air conditioning system. On time and on schedule. We've been a customer of Waterbury since we built our house and contracted them to do the HVAC. Always superior service, esp when we've needed emergency help. Highly recommended

He assessed the problem, explained option(s), and completed outdoor facet replacement within 30 minutes. Thank you for the consistent "Waterbury Excellent Service.
